L&M Stainless Steel Co.,Ltd is committed to ensuring that the products and services which it provides fully meet the requirements of its customers at all times. To achieve this objective the company has rigorous Quality Assurance / Quality Control systems that are designed to ensure that our very high standards are consistently applied by all staff to all activities performed by the company.
Our quality procedures are in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 as well as industry specific standards and are implemented in a uniform manner across the whole organisation so as to embrace all activities which impact upon our customers. In every area of our business we have a clear focus on achieving a high level of customer satisfaction at all times and to continually strive for improvements in service quality.
The quality policy is based on 4 fundamental principles:
- Ensuring that we fully identify and meet the needs of our customers
- Critically evaluating our business processes to identify the potential for errors and taking the necessary actions to eliminate them
- Everyone understanding how to do their job and doing it right first time
- Continual improvement by regularly challenging our processes so as to achieve best in practice
L&M Stainless Steel management and staff are committed to provide a level of service which meets or exceeds the expectations of our customers. Key Performance Indicators, customer surveys and other feedback are used to measure and evaluate our success in meeting customer requirements and to drive further developments in our product or service offering.
The Board shall review this policy annually to ensure its continued effectiveness and shall ensure that all staff understand and fully implement our Company's policies and objectives and are able to perform their duties effectively through an ongoing training and development programme.
